The significance of the lotus comes from the way in which it grows, rising above the mud to blossom into a beautiful flower. In this way, we, too, can rise above our circumstances, limitations, and earthly desires to aspire to a higher, spiritual plane.

Capiz shells come from a mollusk near the Philippines. They are lovingly handcrafted into these unique, artistic pieces by fair-trade artisans who have been working with Om for over a decade.
